Min 10 Years’ Experience [RM5,122.00 + *RM1,550.00]
= RM6,672.00
15 Years’ Experience [RM5,122.00 + (5 years X RM270.00) + *RM1,550.00]
= RM8,022.00
20 Years’ Experience [RM5,122.00 + (10 years X RM270.00) + *RM1,550.00]
= RM9,372.00


*Fixed monthly allowance:

Fixed Entertainment Allowance: RM550.00
Fixed House Allowance: RM700.00
Cost of Living Allowance: RM300.00

  • Report and support the CEO in his daily work in a wide variety of areas – including preparation for meetings, development of presentation materials, talking points and speeches;
  • Assist in managing, planning and execution of key strategic engagements with all stakeholders;
  • Coordinate, support the execution and completion of strategic projects and programmes according to deadlines and budgets, ensuring achievement of agreed objectives;
  • Provide leadership and manage a variety of projects that are crucial to the success of the Commission and the CEO;
  • Manage the content of the CEO’s social media accounts
  • Involved in a wide variety of events/ meetings involving management, government agencies, private stakeholders, press interviews;
  • To oversee the preparation of press releases and other media communications; 
  • Act as liaison officer between CEO and heads of divisions or external agencies, as needed; 
  • Vet through all internal and external communication materials; and
  • Act as Chief of Staff for the CEO’s office.


Supporting Roles

  • Act as a support force as required by the CEO, covering his areas of responsibility;
  • Coordinate tasks or projects with internal and external stakeholders as directed by the CEO;
  • Meet with relevant parties on behalf of the CEO and prepare summary reports for the CEO;
  • Conduct surveys as required or directed by the CEO;
  • Provide administrative and research support to the Heads of Division;
  • Take notes or minutes for meetings attended by the CEO;
  • Arrange meeting or obtain information about current/incoming programs conducted by MyCC with others government officials;
  • Plans, coordinates and ensures the CEO's schedule is followed and respected.
  • Coordinator of parliamentary officers for the Commission and responsible for ensuring that any ministry directives are relevant to Parliament convicting the Commission, managed and implemented;
  • Manage appointments, meeting schedules, travel arrangements and any programs involving the CEO;
  • Prepare invitations for meetings organised by the CEO and ensure the attendance of the invitees in the meeting;
  • Prepare and obtain meeting feedback and provide talking points for the CEO;
  • Ensure that ethics and protocols are adhered to and act professionally and responsibly at all times;
  • Always ready to work overtime (including weekend) when required to perform any duties directed by the CEO;
  • Ensure that the Commission's confidential information / documents are properly kept; and
  • Perform any other duties assigned or as directed by CEO.


  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a university recognized by Malaysian government, preferably a degree in Law or Economics;
  • Minimum 10 years of relevant working experience / background;
  • Strong analytical, writing and communication skills;
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia;
  • Independent, self-motivated and possesses great leadership skills; 
  • Strong interpersonal skills; and
  • Demonstrates an ability to interact with persons of all backgrounds, cultures and affiliations within all levels of government, business or non-profit entities.
