  1. Meetings of Malaysia Competition Commission are held at least six times a year.
  2. Review and discuss competition issues with sector regulators.
  3. Implement advocacy programs for the general public, especially consumers, entrepreneurs, related associations, Government bodies and other stakeholders to create awareness and understanding of the Competition Act 2010 and the role of the Commission.
  4. Prepare the Commission’s Annual Report.
