The objectives of the study is to understand the market structure and supply chain, as well as identify any possible anti-competitive conducts in the transportation in the sub-sectors of port logistics ecosystem and motor vehicle warranty in Malaysia. It will also provide an opportunity to assess the prevailing industry practices and regulations that restrict competition and cause unnecessary regulatory burden.
